A public hearing to approve a proposed property tax levy increase for Village of Elburn Special Service Area #2 for 2023 will be held on November 20, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. at Elburn Village Hall, 301 E. North Street, Elburn, IL. The property taxes extended or abated for 2022 were $138,492.23. The proposed property taxes to be levied for 2023 are $150,100. This represents an 8.4% increase over the previous year.
