Governor Pritzker has filed for a statewide Economic Injury Declaration with the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) in order to qualify Illinois small businesses impacted by the COVID-19 outbreak for federal Economic Injury Disaster loans. When the declaration is received small businesses, small agricultural cooperatives, small aquaculture businesses and most private non-profit organizations in all 102 Illinois counties may be eligible for low-interest, economic injury disaster loans up to $2M per business.
