The Elburn Police Department will hold an Open House and information session from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday, April 30, 2022, and the Village Hall/Police Station located at 301 E. North St.

“Residents who may have questions about the proposed new police station building project are invited to attend and get answers to those questions and tour the present police station before you complete the mail survey,” Police Chief Nick Sikora said in a news release.

Each registered voter household will be receiving a survey in the mail the week of April 25.

Sikora and several other staff members will be present to provide information and tours of the current facility.

Attendees are asked to use the main (front) entrance to the Village Hall/Police Station when you arrive and proceed straight ahead into the Village Board Room.

Staff will be available to answer questions, provide additional information, and small groups will be assembled to go on tours of the police station with a staff member.
