Candidates for the Elburn 2019 Consolidated Election may file their nominating petitions with the Village of Elburn Clerk, Diane D. McQuilkin, at the Village Hall located at 301 East North Street, Elburn, Illinois, during the following dates and times:

Consolidated Election

Monday, December 10, 2018 – 7:00-8:00 am

Wednesday, December 12, 2018 – 12:00-1:00 pm

Saturday, December 15, 2018 – 9:00-10:00 am

*Monday, December 17, 2018 – 4:00-5:00 pm


Nomination papers must include the following:

Statement of Candidacy

Nominating Petition Sheets

Receipt for Filing of Statement of Economic Interests

Loyalty Oath (optional)

*PLEASE NOTE:  The final day to file objections to nominating petitions is December 24, 2018, which is a holiday for the Village of Elburn.  According to the State Board of Elections Calendar, December 24 is not designated as a holiday.  Therefore, the Village Clerk will be available from 4:00-5:00 p.m. on December 24, 2018 at the Elburn Village Hall to accept objections.
